What area do you work in? Phoenix AZ.
Where are you originally from? Gilbert AZ – Yes, I am a Zonie native.
Your Position with the company? Client Resource Coordinator.
Years in the field? 7 years (total) in repo – 14 years automotive industry.
Daily Tasks? What do you coordinate? Driving excellence for our client base and field staff to productively recover a car. Light skip work on new assignments, making sure orders are ran in a timely matter, making sure the agent has proper knowledge of account and R/O.
Who is a key player on your team? Chris! 20+ years in skip tracing and can find any car out there – including fraud accounts!
What part of your job would you consider yourself to be really good at? Correspondence with clients.
What’s your favorite part of the job? Onboarding new clients.
What are some of your hobbies? GML (gym, makeup, laundry)
