During the course of providing you, the Customer, with additional customer service and support, Paramount Recovery Service may obtain certain Non-Personal Information (“NPI”) that you voluntarily disclose, such as your Name, Phone Number, Residential Address, Email Address, and Vehicle Information.

Our policies are based on the following foundational principles:

  • A. The Security and Privacy teams at Paramount Recovery Services develop and enforce policies and controls, ensure ongoing compliance, and demonstrate our security and compliance posture to third-party auditors.
  • B. Security controls should be strategically implemented in multiple layers, following the defense-in-depth principle.
  • C. Security controls must be applied uniformly across the enterprise to ensure consistent protection.
  • D. Control implementation should follow an iterative approach—continuously evolving to enhance effectiveness, improve auditability, and reduce operational friction.

How We Use Your Information

  • Opt-In:  By messaging us, you agree that Paramount Recovery Service may use your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) to contact you by phone, text messages, or email.
  • Paramount Recovery Service Cleardata to schedule and facilitate Customer appointments, Heymarket as a text messaging platform for communicating with its customers and Rippling for Human Resources and workforce management.
  • Paramount Recovery Service will not resell NPI/PII for marketing or promotional purposes, nor will this information be shared, sold, rented, released, or traded to others without prior consent or legal obligation.

SMS Communication

  • Opt-Out: If you are receiving text messages (SMS) from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. Once we have received your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Paramount Recovery reserves the right to revise this policy from time to time without prior notice. You will be notified of any material changes in our Privacy Policy either by email or by a conspicuous notice on our website at www.driveparamount.com.

Data Protection

All datastores containing customer data, including S3 buckets, are encrypted at rest. Additionally, sensitive information is protected using field-level encryption, ensuring that data is encrypted even before it reaches the database. This means that neither physical nor logical access to the database alone is sufficient to access the most sensitive data.

Penetration Testing

Paramount Recovery Services partners with a top-tier penetration testing firm at least once a year to assess the security of our systems. Our current preferred partner is Workstreet, a recognized leader in security. These assessments cover all aspects of our product and cloud infrastructure.
